Q: What happens after the consultation?
A: After the consultation, you will be mailed or emailed (Depending on your preference) a client engagement agreement. The agreement will consist of a summary of the recommended services, a proposed plan, and fee information. If you choose to move forward, you would need to sign the engagement agreement and provide any associated deposits and/or documents. Once we’ve received a signed engagement agreement, work on you matter can begin. The paralegal associated with your matter will keep you informed of the progress.
