Firstly, congratulations !!!
I truly hope you can help me. My husband and myself are 67 years old, working part time in our Podiatry practice. The problem is our office is housed in a commercial condo association. The property manager Aman Singh( owns 4 out if 8 units) and Jeff Flynn( owns 3 out of 8) together hold all 4 board positions. The short of it…they have fined me over 11k and would not reimburse me 6k fir floid insurance. They have blocked the entrance of my office with metal signs, they will not make any repairs to my unit(roof leaks, ceiling tiles stained),mold and mildew present. The handicap ramp has been in disrepair for 6 years now . Rain pools in that area. Both my husband and myself use walkers making it difficult to get in. We have had a bee infestation in which we notified Aman to call the exterminator but he never did. I called only to be told the order has to come from him. These two men set me up by evicting my tenant (dog groomer) because if barking dogs. My former tenant was a cobbler. His machinery was much louder than a few yaps. There was never a decibel report made. I lost the tenant which cost me $7200.00 and list the unit. This all happened when my husband became gravely ill. No income coming in and they were nickel and diming me and their Attorney was threatening me all at the same time. I called 32 Attorneys for help. Conflict of interests, not in their scope of practice or some wanted a 15k retainer.
This began in 2017 and is ongoing. I can’t sleep, l’m a nervous wreck when they are on property.
I have talked to the health department, council of aging and consumer protection. No one can help me !!! These two men are getting away with murder. They never show me bank statements when requested, only fill in the blanks reports.
Please help me !!!
